This is a next-generation blast chiller / shock freezer from the manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT M A TRB FRZ. The multifunctional blast chiller Multi Fresh is your new assistant in the kitchen, equipped with a Multirack for 1/1 GN trays. Depending on the height of the GN inserts, you can accommodate between 9 and 18 tray levels.
