Round, conical, tiltable frying pan made of stainless steel for food preparation, allowing discharge onto trolleys through motorized tilting while maintaining a consistent outlet height.

Equipped with a double thermal oil base and an easy-to-clean inner tank featuring a removable scraper with blades that run along the walls to prevent product sticking and facilitate subsequent cleaning. It is fully clad on both sides with thermal insulation to ensure energy savings.

- Electronic touchscreen control panel for programming, speed regulation, and scraper direction, frying temperature, frying time, and recipe programs.
- Acoustic signal at the end of the program.
- Automatic product discharge via a button on the control panel.
