Semi-industrial machine designed for kneading dough and extruding pasta from any type of pasta flour and semolina.

The machine is dedicated to the production of short-cut pasta, long pasta, and pasta sheets from dough. Suitable for medium-scale pasta production as well as for supplying dough sheets to cutting machines or nest formers.
All parts in contact with the dough and the entire frame are made of stainless steel. The mixing paddles and auger are easily removable for cleaning. The machine is equipped with an automatic cutter complete with a set of blades.
