How does the machine work?
The block material is loaded onto the chain conveyor and transported to the pusher, which feeds it into the cutting area. Before cutting, the machine measures the block material and calculates the required lengths in order to optimize usage and produce no waste (or as little waste as possible).

The machine can process up to four different block lengths in a single pass and can optimize each block individually. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a twin drive, allowing for simultaneous processing of two different block materials.

The feed chain and circular saw blade are powered by a standard electric motor, while the linear module is driven by an AC servo for maximum performance and precision. The measuring arm, material clamps in the saw, and the air blower are pneumatically operated.

The machine is controlled and monitored by its own PLC via an operator panel.

The machine is designed for continuous and reliable pallet processing. It combines professional precision with user-friendly setup.

Block length: 75 mm* 45 blocks/min
*Minimum block material length: 3,900 mm or longer.
