The system is an innovative Ice Cool solution based on controlled, uniform air circulation throughout the chamber via the CTS tray stacks, eliminating the need for additional suction stations.
CTS operates in a temperature range of -10°C to +15°C, providing optimal conditions for direct dough processing without the need for shock freezers or suction stations.
The CTS chamber creates a climate that requires no additional humidification, and prevents product drying even in ambient conditions.
