Suitable for edging, cross-cutting, panel cutting, mitre cuts, etc.
Dimensionally stable, self-supporting machine body constructed as a robust welded steel frame from thick-walled steel profiles and laser-machined, mechanically finished steel sheet parts
Mounted on the machine body is a torsion-resistant, precision-planed cast iron table top
The robust, high-performance saw unit, integrated in the machine base, guarantees precise cutting results
The complete saw spindle unit is dynamically balanced. Double-guided swivelling segments made of grey cast iron with dual column guidance for height adjustment, and a long, double ball-bearing mounted circular saw spindle provide absolute smooth running
The double ball-bearing carriage is smooth-running and maintenance-free. Accurate, play-free operation over the full length, guided by hardened, precision-ground round steel rails with remote locking at 50 mm graduations
Stable yet lightweight crosscut carriage made from steel profiles with a carrying roller at the outer narrow side. The crosscut fence can be extended on the long side up to 250 mm
The length stop on the crosscut carriage with mm-scale and telescopic extension extendable up to 3,500 mm; with 2 sturdy, play-free adjustable stop flaps and 1 end stop with support for long strips; length stop can be used as an angle/mitre stop on both sides, continuously adjustable from 0° to 46° with mechanical length compensation. All common mitre angles (15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) can be quickly set via a locking system
Rip fence with cutting width of 1,030 mm right of the saw blade, including fine adjustment, easy manual adjustment and locking, measurement readout on an easily legible mm scale on an adjustable rule carrier
