The medium-sized Dry Steam Rapid Cooker 305 GTP is frequently used in the communal catering sector. With its 3 x 1/1 GN trays, it can freshly and accurately prepare up to 650 portions per hour. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a core temperature probe. The water evaporation and associated volume increase create an atmosphere of saturated steam inside the cooking chamber, ensuring excellent heat transfer to the food. Saturated steam offers significant advantages in terms of transferable thermal flux density compared to hot air or combi-steam. Shorter cooking times mean less nutrient loss and healthier food.
