The Hiwell AMF 600-V Automatic Food Forming Machine is used for forming and portioning various products via a form plate system.

Hydraulic Quick Fill System
Imported hydraulic filling system and high-precision filling cavity allow the form plates to be filled quickly without material loss.

Touch Screen Control
The touchscreen control system features a new operating interface, multilingual input, simple parameter adjustment, automatic data storage, automatic fault diagnosis, EtherCAT bus control, and high-speed data communication.

Excellent Compatibility with Metal Form Plates
Metal form plates offer outstanding wear resistance, long service life, and minimal material loss. The food forming machine can process a broad range of products, including meat, fish, potatoes and vegetables, as well as bakery products.

High Productivity and Operability
The fuzzy design software can automatically adjust the forming speed to match the output speed of the conveyor belt, ensuring product consistency for both small and large food quantities.
