STANDARD DESCRIPTION:

Our SH series horizontal ram hydraulic press is designed with a range of three different force capacities from 100 to 250 tons.
Horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically engineered for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.
The machine’s horizontal design allows for easy handling of large-size beams and profiles. The next-generation HS series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved into a versatile system, offering the option to fit a wide variety of tooling.
These units operate at a maximum hydraulic pressure of less than 350 BAR, ensuring maximum durability for the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature a C-frame, fully welded from S355JR steel, stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. The structure is calculated and designed with finite element analysis software, guaranteeing consistent high standards of strength, precision, and quality.

Equipped with an anti-rotation main pressing cylinder and a rear support table made from high-strength steel, machined with DIN 650 T-slots. Standard equipment includes support blocks made of C45E steel.
Each model is fitted as standard with a pair of height-adjustable support rollers, one located on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with honed tube, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free wear guides.
Cylinder is operated via a lever-actuated hydraulic distributor. It is fitted with a removable block to prevent damage to the piston rod.
Single-speed powered hydraulic unit.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY
The electrical system comes equipped with a motor protector and emergency stop.
Supplied with a glycerin-filled tonnage manometer and hydraulic oil.
Complies in full with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.
Provided with an instruction manual.
