The MV-600E/NC Four-Column Hydraulic Press is part of the M/NC series, specially developed for higher precision and capacity and designed for punching, deep drawing, stamping, and deburring operations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Made of three electrically welded blocks manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and calculated using finite element software.
• Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7” HMI KTP-700 touch panel, enabling programming of force, ram stroke, and speeds. It offers memory for up to 300 stored work cycles.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chromed piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic cut-off for rapid advance. Features a high-pressure pump and a 10-micron return filter. Includes cylinder decompression valve, directional valve, and safety valve. Side-mounted pressure switch allows adjustment of pressure to suit each specific operation.
• Glycerine pressure gauge with tonnage indication.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Electrical control cabinet with selector switches for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic operation, and for fast or slow speed selection.
• Equipped with PLC support for internal manoeuvres and decompression times.
• Operation via low-voltage dual hand control panel.
• Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitored, featuring an additional safety block and self-checking safety devices for both controls and operations. Systems include testing and certification of proper function and safety distance for light barriers.
• Safety is ensured by Category IV safety light curtains in the front work area, two fixed side guards, and a rear movable guard with magnetic shut-off detection.
• Machine is equipped with IXON system for online connectivity in case of malfunctions or for reprogramming.
• Maintenance ladder with upper platform (scaffold) for repair access.
