Heuft Deck Oven Vulkan 12 m² with "Thermo-Oil System", year 2006

6 decks (the lower 3 executed as pull-out hearths), approx. 125 x 160 cm baking surface per deck, meaning a total baking area of approx. 12 m², including matching oven loaders.

Exceptionally even baking atmosphere thanks to the thermo-oil system, premium steaming system, 2 heating circuits; the lower three decks feature a "turbo function" with air circulation. Full stainless steel cladding, including exhaust hood with approx. 1 m overhang. Easy, manual controls without complicated and sensitive electronics.

The oven is in well-maintained condition and is still assembled and operational. For dismantling and removal, a double door of approx. 160 x 230 cm is available. Oven and thermo-oil boiler must be properly separated during dismantling and the thermo oil must be properly collected.
