High-speed inspection of empty bottles is easily possible (up to 50,000 bottles/hour). It can perform all standard inspections (sidewall inspection, infeed inspection, finish inspection, base inspection, outfeed inspection, HF caustic and IR residual liquid detection). Additionally, it features a separate module for foreign bottle detection (height, contour, color). In 2016, it was refurbished and installed with modifications, including a conveyor control system.
