Harter H01compact Hordentrocknungssystem

This is an as-new (only 202 operating hours!) H01compact tray drying system from Harter, including the AIRGENEX 2000 - food - dehumidification system for batch operation.

The system operates flawlessly and we ourselves continue to use both a compact and a larger tray dryer. All parameters are programmable via touch screen through the Siemens Simatic S7-1200 control unit. The temperature range extends from 15 – 75 °C, enabling gentle drying to the desired residual moisture content. This makes the system specifically suitable for sensitive products, for example in the food sector.

Thanks to the closed heat pump system, drying is completely independent of ambient conditions and all parameters can be controlled at any time, allowing even complex drying curves to be automated.

The drying chamber has 6 shelves and a maximum capacity for 12 plastic baskets (570 x 365 x 70 mm), each holding 14.5 liters, for a total usable volume of 174 liters.
