This massive, industrial cooking kettle with an impressive 2000-litre capacity is an advanced processing unit designed for large-scale food production facilities. This type of kettle is a key component in major meat processing plants, ready meal factories, fruit and vegetable processing facilities, large central kitchens, airline catering, as well as in the production of sauces, soups, and culinary bases.

The tank design is based on double jacket heating technology, which prevents direct contact between the product and the heating element. This ensures perfectly even temperature distribution across the entire surface of the large tank (Ø1700 mm), completely eliminating the risk of burning thick product batches. The most important advantage of the machine is the automatic, hydraulic tilting system of the process chamber. Advanced cylinders powered by an external hydraulic pump efficiently and effortlessly rotate the kettle, enabling quick product discharge directly into meat trolleys or onto further transport and dosing lines.
