Applications Transport of: - long, coarse, curly, and granular chips - Materials such as transmission steel, tool steel, aluminium alloys, Teflon, Delrin, etc. - Designed for conveying chips from the production process. - Separation of cutting oil/coolant from the chips. Variants - Available with or without a tank for returning cutting oil/coolant to the system. - Four standard chain pitches: 31.75 mm, 38.10 mm, 50.80 mm, 63.50 mm. - Selection of chain pitch depends on the chip volume to be conveyed. - Width, length, motor, and gearbox are tailored to the hourly conveying capacity. - Coolant recycling is taken into account in the design.
