The GEA CFS Yieldjector 650 injector is designed for industrial operations requiring precise, consistent, and controlled brine injection. It is suitable for both bone-in and boneless products, enabling efficient processing of poultry, pork, beef, and even fish. Thanks to its homogeneous distribution system, the brine is delivered uniformly into the muscle core, stabilizing product texture and improving cooking yield. In addition, the high needle density pattern ensures complete product coverage, even on flat or delicate pieces.

The machine operates with progressive stepping: the product advances in strips, pauses under the injection head, and injection is carried out with precision. Each needle features an independent retraction system. If a needle encounters a bone, it instantly retracts and stops the flow, preventing brine pockets and protecting muscle integrity. This technology reduces material losses and ensures constant results, cycle after cycle. Moreover, automated control via touch interface simplifies settings, supporting recipe repeatability.
