The GEA CFS Yieldjector 650 injector is designed for industrial operations requiring precise, consistent, and controlled brine injection. Thanks to its homogeneous distribution system, the brine is delivered uniformly into the muscle core, stabilizing product texture and improving cooking yield. The machine operates with progressive stepping: the product advances in strips, pauses under the injection head, and injection is carried out with precision.
