Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in wood processing equipment. In the past 15–20 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry, developing numerous machines for nailing, automatic board feeding, and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions, either as standalone equipment or as part of complete production lines, according to our customers’ requirements.

This machine is a flexible and efficient automatic board feeder designed for pallet production machinery, but equally well suited for other applications in the woodworking industry. The machine is specifically engineered to seamlessly integrate with deck and stringer nailers – regardless of brand or capacity.

We have supplied automatic board feeding systems, among others, for nailing machines from Cape, Corali, Storti, IMH, IM Hart, Viking, and Mychrome.

Thanks to the reliable vacuum system and the maintenance-free, one-piece feeder – based on our own, over 40-year-old patented solution – only minimal adjustments are required for format changes. This results in short changeover times and high operational reliability.

The machine is also equipped with a tiltable pack lifter that inclines the package by approximately 10 degrees. This ensures that the boards remain stable and do not fall apart once the strapping is removed – even if they are not perfectly aligned within the package.

Optional equipment for the system includes:

- Automatic turner
- Vision/camera system
- Automatic removal of spacers between board layers

The result with these feeding systems is a reliable, flexible, and high-quality solution that enables more productive and cost-efficient pallet manufacturing.
