Designed for in-line checkweighing of cartons on a conveyor belt with an accuracy of 20 g (specifically, cartons with glass bottles – checking for full bottles).

Cartons can move along the conveyor closely spaced, and the section of conveyor belonging to the checkweigher will space them for accurate weighing (spacing works by varying the speed of the conveyor belts).

Measuring range from 400 g to 20,000 g (0.4 – 20 kg).

If the weight of the carton is outside the permitted tolerance after weighing, it is automatically rejected from the conveyor line by an air piston to an inspection area, and the checkweigher emits a red beacon and an audible signal to alert the operator to carry out a check. (After sorting out the incorrect carton, the scale returns to standard operation and continues to weigh the next incoming cartons.)
