For horizontal transport of smooth, dry, and airtight panels.
Robust load-bearing structure made of steel, painted in RAL 2000 with low dead weight.

Consisting of:
- 1x Galvanized longitudinal beam, length 2,400 mm
- 3x Galvanized crossbeams, each 1,000 mm in length
- 6x Spring-mounted, articulated, and adjustable suction cup holders
- 6x Suction cups Ø 215 mm; in case of wear, the sealing ring can be replaced separately from its metal carrier, cost-effectively and without tools
- 6x Ball valves for individually shutting off each suction cup, enabling smaller formats to be lifted without moving the suction cups or beams
- 1x Spiral connection cable, small coil:
* extendable to 3,500 mm, version as extension cable with CEE plug and coupling
* routed next to the load chain to the hoisting device

- Low-maintenance, high-quality, dry-running rotary vane vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 8 m³/h and a final vacuum of 85% (150 mbar)
- Electrical connection:
3-phase 230/400 V + PE, 50 Hz, with cable (approx. 0.5 m long) and CEE plug (16 A). Isolation transformer integrated into the control system (necessary if the vacuum lifter is connected via the crane trolley and there is no neutral conductor)
- Extendable operator handle to 1,000 mm from beam center.
Sturdy metal pouch for your crane control included at no extra charge.
- Operation "Suction / Release" via manual slide valve:
Wear-free and highly robust manual slide valve for safe suction and release after pressing the release button (double-action release according to EN 13155)
- Control and safety unit for vacuum lifter:
* Robust control box
* Contactor circuit for the vacuum pump
* Safety warning device with audible signal
* Vacuum gauge with danger zone indication
* Large vacuum reservoir with safety non-return valve
* Double-action operation for load release
