Opis

Numerical control system by Albatros with TPA CAD software. Working area on the X-axis: 3260 mm. Working area on the Y-axis: 1200 mm. Working area on the Z-axis: two work zones. Bar worktable. Six electronically adjustable beams controlled via CNC. Line laser for virtual 0-point positioning in the Y direction. Four pneumatic Bakelite bars for lifting panels. Three suction cups, each electronically adjustable via CNC per bar, with vacuum seals to hold panels in place during machining. One vertical electrospindle with C-axis and automatic tool changer with 10 positions, HSK taper. Automatic tool changing system with 12 positions, machine-side mounted. Boring head with 17 spindles: 8 vertical on the X-axis, 5 vertical on the Y-axis, 2 horizontal on the X-axis, 2 horizontal on the Y-axis. Two saw blade units for grooving on X and Y axes. Carpet-type front safety guard and protection system. Automatic lubrication system. (Air-conditioning unit for cooling and cleaning of the machine control panel.) Vacuum pump capacity: 250 m³/h.
