Gooseneck:
Gooseneck in SNT design for optimizing the loading area length, approx. 3,750 mm long. Hydraulically raisable/lowerable and detachable. Technical fifth wheel load: 23,000 kg. Suitable for tractor units: 4x2, 6x2, and 6x4.

Low bed:
Low bed with external beams, extendable SUPER LOW design, approx. 6,850 mm long. Low bed with fixed hardwood floor (approx. 40 mm thick) and mechanical locking. Supply lines are protected within the extendable beams and automatically adjust to the low bed's length. Five pairs of lashing rings, fold-out to the outside (LC 10,000 daN). Six pairs of threaded blocks on the inner beams for mounting bolted RUD rings.

Rear chassis:
Rear chassis with closed outer frame, checker plate deck, and continuous prism excavator trough, approx. 1,250/700 x 505 mm, open at the rear. Two pairs of lashing rings, fold-out to the outside (LC 10,000 daN). One pair of lashing rings in the trough, lying flat, LC 16,000 daN. One pair of lashing rings in the trough, lying flat, LC 10,600 daN. Two pairs of stake pockets for removable stakes, approx. 100 x 50 mm in the outer frame.

PENDLE-AXLE:
PENDLE-AXLE, all axles hydro-mechanically forced steered. Hose rupture valve on the axle leveling cylinder with automatic RESET function. Hydraulic cylinder with shut-off valves and latching pins for securing in raised position. Final coating of axles with two layers of single-color, two-component paint in FAY-Grey-34-0260. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg per axle. Hydraulic axle levelling. Axle tools included.

Tyres:
Tyres 245/70 R 17.5 3PMSF – make of our choice. Load index (146/146F).

TPMS:
TPMS tire pressure monitoring system compliant with ECE R 141.

Brake system:
Wabco brake system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M), without connecting lines to the tractor unit.

Electrical system:
Electrical system according to EU regulations, lighting 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lamps flash with the indicator. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the front connection strip with sockets: 24N, 24S & 15-pin. Connections according to ISO: 24N ISO-1185, 24S ISO-3731, 15-pin ISO-12098.

Steel construction:
Dcsdpfsxbmn Uox Adhon
Steel structure made of high-strength fine-grain steel. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa).

Painting:
Complete steel construction blasted automatically after welding with a wheel blasting machine. Second blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to ensure the best corrosion protection. Final coating with two layers of two-component top coat, single-color in RAL 3002 carmine red according to RAL system 841GL.

Including the following additional equipment:

- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- Rear wheel steering at front and rear, controlled via cable remote with push buttons, including single-track monitoring of the axles (without installation in the tractor unit)
