The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to perfectly suit your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, giving you exceptional flexibility with regard to bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of options and extensions, allowing you to customize it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical controller enables intuitive operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated via the LCD touchscreen located on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. As an additional safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The press brake’s CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, coining force, and tool safety zones.
