The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing extensive flexibility regarding bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, in combination with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of expansion and configuration options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using an LCD touchscreen located on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by means of a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones for the press brake.
