ROTATHERM chamber washing systems are used across all industrial and craft sectors for cost-effective cleaning of a wide variety of parts and materials.

The parts are cleaned in a manner similar to a dishwasher. Placed inside a wire mesh basket, they are washed from all sides in the closed unit by a heated detergent spray. The machine is started after preselecting temperature and wash duration. A centrifugal pump circulates the detergent solution through the nozzle system, which simultaneously sets the basket in rotation. (Optional: electro-motor basket drive)

After the cleaning process is complete, the unit shuts off automatically. Parts can also be removed early; in this case, the pump is automatically deactivated when the lid is lifted.

ROTATHERM chamber washing units are available at short notice in various sizes and versions, and can be adapted to specific requirements on request. Usually, water-based cleaners are used, but solvents can also be processed in our cleaning machines. If required, the systems can be supplied in explosion-proof versions.
