ROTATHERM chamber washing systems are used throughout industry and trade for cost-effective cleaning of a wide variety of parts and materials.

The parts are cleaned in a manner similar to a dishwasher. Placed in a wire mesh basket, they are washed from all sides in the closed unit by a hot alkaline solution spray. The machine is operated by selecting the desired temperature and wash duration. A centrifugal pump circulates the cleaning solution to the nozzle system, which simultaneously sets the basket in rotation (optional electric motor basket drive available).

After the cleaning process is complete, the unit shuts off automatically. Parts can also be removed earlier; in this case, lifting the lid automatically shuts off the pump.

ROTATHERM chamber washing systems are available at short notice in various sizes and configurations, and can be modified on request to meet special requirements. As a rule, water-based cleaners are used, but solvents can also be used in our cleaning machines. If required, the systems can be supplied in explosion-proof design.
