This is a cooking kettle from the premium manufacturer Elro, model DBGN22-EDG-90-T, built in 2014. This pressure braising pan is suitable for both cooking and frying. The usable capacity is 90 litres. The cooking unit is mobile, mounted on castors and equipped with steering handles. The purchase of this unit includes an Elro wall-mounted connection rail with a length of approx. 1300 mm, which can be easily disconnected and moved along with the supply lines. This is a truly premium product for commercial kitchen technology. The lid cooling system is defective; the solenoid valve does not open—please refer to the note on the test report in the photo overview. A demonstration of the unit is possible at our facility, as the unit is sold without any warranty or guarantee.
