This is an electric tilting boiling pan from the premium manufacturer Electrolux/Therma of Switzerland, model PBON15EKEM (150 liters), year of construction 2017. The unit is suitable for boiling, steaming, poaching, braising, or simmering food. The kettle is equipped with a closed, non-refillable "electro-steam heating system" (no refilling from the water mains required). Heating is provided by an electric steam generator, converting electrical energy into steam, with an operating pressure of 1.5 bar. The heating elements are equipped with dry-run protection. The heating performance is divided into 4 stages with automatic transfer from boiling to simmering mode via an energy-saving microprocessor control. Equipped with the therma touch Control system for permanent, easily readable display of target and actual values such as temperature, operating time, and power levels. This is a base-mounted unit without legs (legs can be retrofitted upon request). The boiling pan has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional.
