Opis
Complete brewing and bottling plant from a brewpub, comprising the following components:
1. Milling section: Grist mill with malt hopper and pipe chain conveyor system for malt grist.
2. Brewhouse: 2-vessel brewhouse (Kaspar Schulz, built 2013) configured as a brewing block with copper-clad stainless steel vessels. Wort cooling is carried out via a standalone plate heat exchanger (API Heat Transfer, built 2013) with downstream wort aeration. Also included is a hot water tank (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with insulation and heating jacket.
3. Fermentation and storage cellar: Four cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) each with a gross volume of 12 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. Three additional cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) each with a gross volume of 25 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. The temperature of these seven cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is controlled via a central control panel. In addition, two further cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) each with a gross volume of 14.7 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar are available. The temperature control of these two cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is managed via an additional control cabinet.

4. Bright beer/storage cellar: Five upright bright beer tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with dished heads, each holding 10.5 hl gross, with a maximum pressure of 3 bar per tank.
5. Filling section: Siphon/glass bottle filler (JS Maschinen) with 6 filling heads. Keg internal and external washer (Scheuer), with spray nozzles in a stainless steel housing and caustic tank in the base. Keg filling station with taps for filling kegs directly from the pressure tanks.
6. Utilities: Refrigeration plant (Hafner-Muschler, 2013) with ice water storage using refrigerant R404a and 3 refrigeration compressors. Oil-free reciprocating air compressor (Kaeser, 2013) with maximum operating pressure of 10 bar, and compressed air refrigerated dryer (Kaeser, 2013) with refrigerant R134a. Air separator (AST) serving as nitrogen generator with adjacent nitrogen pressure tank.
