Optional ESS Energy Saving System
The machine can be equipped with a modern ESS servo drive system, significantly improving the energy efficiency of hydraulic injection moulding machines.
The system controls the operation of the hydraulic pump motor using a frequency inverter, which adjusts the motor speed to match the machine’s actual demand during the production cycle. As a result, electrical energy is consumed only when it is actually needed.
