The shop oven "MINI 8 RD" operates with circulating baking atmosphere. A reciprocating axial fan installed at the base of the oven distributes air evenly across the heating elements, ensuring uniform heat transfer to the baked goods. A key feature of the "MINI 8 RD" is its secondary transparent oven door at the rear. This design allows the oven to be integrated into a sales counter, enabling customers to observe the baking process directly through the glass back panel.

The oven is equipped with a fully electronic pictogram control system, notable for its user-friendly and intuitive operation. All oven functions are managed through this control, reducing manual intervention to a minimum. The system allows for fully automatic baking based on programmed parameters, with storage for up to 7 different baking programs.
