The electric tapping machine is a versatile device designed for thread cutting, suitable for use in both large factories and small workshops. Its primary benefit is the significant reduction in threading operation times, which greatly increases overall process efficiency.

The tapper features a simple, compact construction fitted with a movable head, enhancing its operational versatility. It is powered by a robust servo drive, ensuring powerful and reliable performance. For ease of use, the machine arm is equipped with a touch control panel featuring an intuitive menu available in Polish. This panel allows for easy programming of threading parameters such as spindle speed, threading direction, and thread cutting depth.

Standard equipment includes a micro-lubrication system, which effectively cools the tool while minimizing lubricant consumption. Additionally, the unit is fitted with an air blower to remove chips, ensuring clear visibility of the drilled hole. The tapping arm comes with a quick-change chuck for easy and rapid mounting of taps, suitable for both through and blind holes. The tapper head can be set vertically or horizontally within a 90° range, as well as to the right or left by 180°. Compared to traditional hand tapping, this electric unit offers greater precision and reliability, consistently maintaining a 90° perpendicular angle.

The collets of the tapping machine are equipped with adjustable overload clutches. The set includes tap holders for DIN taps in sizes from M6 to M36, offering a wide range of application for various thread sizes. The torque settings are preset for standard tap sizes but can be adjusted with a special key included in the kit.

Furthermore, the machine comes with a manual mode, allowing the operator direct control over the tapping process. It also enables programming of a cyclic reverse function to break chips and maintain efficient operation. These features provide even greater flexibility and accuracy during threading operations.
