Compact large-format precision CNC rotary indexing table/dividing head with controller. Suitable for single-part or small series production in mechanical engineering. Horizontal or vertical installation is possible.

This dividing head is especially suitable as the 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser processing, drilling, slotting, or for use on tool grinding or surface grinding machines. Square, hexagonal, gear milling of any division, or 3D machining are possible.

Extremely precise and accurate – the worm gear is designed with a high reduction ratio of 100:1, specifically engineered by us and not a standard version.

Output torque significantly exceeds 70 Nm. The max. clamping diameter is 250 mm.
Centre height: 125 mm.

Drive is provided via a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, 7.5 A, and a holding torque of 9.7 Nm.
Possible adjustable division accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 step programming.

The worm gear pair is fourfold ball bearing mounted and adjusted with zero backlash, and it is also adjustable. Bearings supplied by FAG/SKF.

The single-piece, rigid output spindle is equipped with a faceplate d=200 mm, internal taper MK 3, and a through bore of 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg.

Key flats, complex scale gradations, cross holes, or gears can be produced quickly.

The electronic controller comes as a convenient module with 14 travel programs, 2 reference point runs, and step monitoring with power supply included in the package. The toolbox module is made of metal.

Optimised pre-programming for positioning/incremental dividing degrees of 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, 0 degrees.

Repeat cycles, clockwise and counterclockwise travel, and cycle pauses are, of course, programmable.

With the software you can:
- Program travel programs and cycles
- Program absolute or incremental travel values
- View actual values at any time in the software
- Receive start impulses exclusively from NC machines via one output

Complex scale gradations, cross holes, or gears can be produced quickly.

Standard clamping devices are offered for your applications, and we can manufacture special clamping fixtures quickly and cost-effectively upon request. Further customised rotary table solutions are available on request.
