Opis
Compact high-precision CNC rotary indexing table with controller. Suitable for single-part or small-batch production in mechanical engineering. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

This indexing device is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser processing, drilling, grooving, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine. Machining of squares, hexagons, gear hobbing of any pitch, or 3D machining is possible.
Extremely precise and accurate – the worm gear is designed for a reduction ratio of 100:1, specially engineered by us and not standard.
Output torque well over 70 Nm. The maximum clamping diameter is 250 mm.
Center height: 125 mm.
Drive is via a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, 7.5 A, and a holding torque of 9.7 Nm.

Adjustable indexing accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 step programming.
The worm gear set is supported by four precision bearings (play-free and adjustable). Bearings supplied by FAG/SKF.
The one-piece, rigid output spindle is equipped with a face plate (Ø 200 mm), internal Morse taper MK3, and through-hole 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg.

Optimized pre-programmed indexing in 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, 0-degree incremental positioning steps.
Repeat cycles, clockwise and counterclockwise rotation, and dwell cycles are fully programmable.
With the software, you can
- program travel routines and cycles,
- program absolute or incremental positions.
The actual value can be conveniently displayed in the software at any time. Via one output, you can receive start impulses exclusively from the NC machine. Fast and efficient production of challenging scale graduations, cross holes, or gears.
Standard clamping devices are available for your applications, and we can quickly and cost-effectively manufacture customized workholding fixtures on request. Customized rotary table solutions are also available upon request.
