Volumetric dosing machine COMAS model DN (refurbished with new doser).

Specialized machine for dosing “sponge cake” mixture and creams onto bases:
a) Sponge cake onto tray moulds with diameter mm=240–260 and thickness mm=7–12, or rectangular forms with custom circumscribed dimensions.
b) Creams onto the bases from point a) in multiple layers (optional).

Configuration:
- Main structure made of stainless steel (S/S) with wheels and locking pivots.
- Dosing head with pneumatic operation Waicon and/or Fesner.
- Device for adjusting the height of the dosing head via handwheel.
- Device for adjusting the dosed product quantity via handwheel with markings.
- 1 height-adjustable working table.
- 1 buffer tank with 50 ltr. capacity for sponge mixture storage.
- 1 interchangeable dosing cylinder, diameter 100 mm.

Adjustable dosing quantity: 78 to 1240 cm³.
- 1 terminal distributor for mould dosing, diameter mm=260, equipped with perforated diaphragm for final closure.
- 1 limiting pedal for dosing activation or line synchronization.
- 1 set of moulding nozzles for sponge cake.
- Optional: cream decoration (see photo/next page).
- 1 electrical system and control panel.

Main technical features:
- All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 316 or other decontaminating materials. Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel and/or food-grade aluminium. Transmissions and gears are in chrome steel. Bearings are stainless steel coated and hermetically sealed.
- Pneumatic system: Waircom and/or Fesner brand.
- Compressor: not included.
- Working speeds:
a) Manual operation via pedal (approx. 5–15 cycles/min).
b) Automatic: 8–15 cycles per minute (adjustable).
