A pipe shot blasting machine is a specialized device designed for cleaning, roughening, or preparing the internal and external surfaces of pipes and cylindrical components.
It is used for removing rust, mill scale, burrs, old paint coatings, and other contaminants by means of a high-velocity abrasive stream (e.g., steel shot, grit, or sand).

⚙️ Operating Principle
Loading:
Pipes are placed on a roller or belt conveyor system, which enables smooth movement.

Transport:
The pipes are automatically fed into the blasting chamber via a roller conveyor or a through-feed line.
Shot Blasting Process:
Inside the chamber, high-speed turbines propel steel shot or other abrasive material onto the surface of the pipe.
During the process, the pipe rotates and advances, ensuring uniform cleaning of the entire surface.
Abrasive Cleaning and Recovery:
The used abrasive is automatically collected, filtered, and recycled for reuse.
Dust and contaminants are removed through an industrial extraction and filtration system.
