Used Complete Water Bottling Line (Non-Carbonated Drinks) 300 BPH 18.9 L CapSnap
The CapSnap Adapta Series is a modular, integrated system for bottle washing, filling, and capping. It is the perfect solution for medium-sized HOD (Home & Office Delivery) water bottling operations. Designed for versatility, these machines can be configured for 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles. This complete system efficiently handles 300 – 600 BPH (bottles per hour).

Year of manufacture: 1999 (completely overhauled in 2015 and has only been in operation for 500 hours since)
Capacity: 300 BPH (bottles per hour)
Required utilities: Compressed air 6 bar, electrical power 40 kW, rinse water supply 2 bar, and fill water supply
Line configuration:
- Semi-automatic cap removal unit: Used for removing caps from bottles.
- Infeed conveyor: Bottles are placed manually onto this conveyor.

- Pre-rinse with cold water via nozzles: The first washing stage using cold water.
- Wash with warm water and detergent via nozzles: The second washing stage, using 50 °C warm water with detergent.
- Rinse with cold water and disinfectant via nozzles: The final washing stage, using cold water and disinfectant.
- Filler outfeed conveyor: Here, bottles are filled, two at a time.
- UV filter: Water passes through a UV filter integrated into the bottle water inlet.
- Conveying filled bottles to the capper: The bottles are transferred from the filler to the capping unit.
- Disinfecting caps by applying disinfectant to bottle necks: Caps are disinfected and prepared for capping.
- Capping cylinder: Caps are applied onto the bottles here.
- Outfeed conveyor: Bottles are manually loaded onto pallets from here.
Each component of this system plays a specific role in the bottle-filling process and together they form a fully functional, used complete water bottling line.
