Notes:
The baler was partially reconditioned, serviced, tested after completion, and stored in our workshop. The machine is available at short notice and can be inspected at our warehouse by appointment.

The following refurbishment work was performed:
- Removal of rust and partial repainting of the press
- Complete drainage of hydraulic oil tank, oil and air filters replaced
- New hydraulic oil filled
- All hydraulic hoses replaced

- Main hydraulic cylinder, two pre-press flap cylinders, and compression channel cylinder removed, disassembled, inspected, cylinder tubes honed, all seal kits replaced, and final pressure test conducted
- Pre-press flap disassembled with bearings and bearing blocks; first and third arc segments removed and rewelded
- Both shaft bearings on the pre-press flap replaced
- Upper material guide on pre-press flap frame replaced
- Press ram dismantled, inspected, and both front guide rollers replaced
- Material guides and wear plates on sides and base of press ram removed and rewelded
- Horizontal and vertical needle and tying units dismantled, disassembled, inspected; plastic slide plates, twister shaft bearings, and wire deflector pulleys with bearings in the needle heads replaced
- Both bronze slide rails left and right in the frame cover for the press ram replaced
- Both wire deflection units left and right, with bale retention clamps completely replaced
- Wire feed unit including hydraulic cylinder under needle passages completely renewed
- Wire feed tracks in the floor and sidewalls of the press channel welded up and smoothed
- General maintenance and servicing carried out according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Baler tested in manual and automatic mode after refurbishment, accepted, and stored
