The chamber belt vacuum machines from the Conveyor Pro series are fast and versatile machines, designed for durability and enabling automatic and continuous packaging of large batches in bags, regardless of whether the products are food or non-food items.

The automatic feed conveyor decouples the loading process from the packaging process, allowing products to be positioned on the belt during vacuuming, either manually or via automatic loading systems such as robots or conveyor belts.

In the shrink tunnel "RT Regentunnel", the product is sprayed with a genuine hot water shower from three different sources, both from above and below: when coming into contact with the heat source (hot water), the bag shrinks and clings to the product’s surface like a second skin through the so-called "skin effect".

This "rain" system guarantees optimal shrink results while simultaneously ensuring low water and energy consumption. The water used, approximately 150 liters, is returned into the circuit by a pump and reused; the energy required for heating is significantly lower compared to immersion systems, which need about 380 liters of hot water.
