- GLUING UNIT VC-511
Applies hotmelt adhesive to the workpiece, feeds the edge material to the workpiece, automatically trims it from the coil, and presses it in place for optimal positioning.

- TRIMMING UNIT IN-801
For trimming the front and rear edge overhangs at angles from 0° to 15°.

- 2-MOTOR MULTIFUNCTION PROFILE MILLING UNIT AR02 E
For corner rounding and profile milling of workpiece edges made of synthetic material up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm.

JOINTING UNIT RT02
Joints the workpiece prior to glue application.
Fitted with two 1.8 kW high-frequency motors at 12,000 rpm.

SCRAPER UNIT RB02
For post-processing of thick PVC/ABS edges.

FLAT SCRAPER UNIT RC02
For removing excess glue at the joint area between edge and panel. Equipped with tracing rollers and a straight knife with insertion control.

BUFFING UNIT SZ02
For cleaning and buffing the workpiece edges with cloth polishing discs. The unit automatically adapts to workpiece thickness.

ANTI-ADHESIVE SPRAY UNIT ADZ02
Precision application of release agent via injectors actuated by CNC control.

KIT PRO-GLUE
The PRO-GLUE kit consists of the following components:
• TEKNO-GLUE system for optimum gluing, featuring:
- controlled glue roller pressure
- automatic retraction during feed stops
- automatic ON/OFF of glue section
REVERSE system for glue roller operation in forward or reverse mode.

Electrical and mechanical provision for the use of special glue pots for POLYURETHANE adhesive on machines configured for EVA glue.

NC Axis for Fine Trimming Unit
Kit for automatic adjustment of tracing rollers and tools according to edge type or thickness, controlled via the CNC.
Pair of multi-profile cutters for the fine trimming unit: Bevel cutter 25°, R=2 mm + R=1 mm, and straight profile for solid wood.

NC Axis for Profile Milling Unit
Kit for automatic adjustment of the sensor relative to edge thickness, controlled via the CNC. Allows activation of corner-only processing.

NC Axis for Scraper Unit
Kit for automatic adjustment of tracing rollers and tools according to edge type or thickness, controlled via the CNC.
