Remarks:
The machine has been serviced and partially overhauled in our workshop. The following works have been performed and parts renewed:

• Removal and disassembly of the press ram, maintenance of the mechanics, replacement of the following plastic wear strips and rails:
o Plastic wear strips left/right underneath the press ram
o Plastic wear strips left/right above the press ram
o Central plastic main wear plate (support plate) under press ram
• Steel guide rails (left/right, upper frame) replaced
• Complete four-part floor plate replaced with wear-resistant HARDOX steel
• Wire inlet rails in press floor newly welded and smoothed
• Counter blade replaced (two-part, in frame)
• Knife gap adjusted to approx. 2.5 mm

• Removal and disassembly of the tying and twisting unit, mechanical overhaul, all groove ball bearings and axial ball bearings of twister shafts replaced, wire cutters cleaned and adjusted, chains lubricated and tensioned
• Support roller in front of the twister shafts replaced
• All hydraulic hoses replaced
• Oil and air filters replaced
• Main hydraulic cylinder checked for leaks
• Hydraulic oil is only one year old, was chemically analyzed and is still in good condition, hence was not replaced, but can continue to be used
• General maintenance performed

Finally, the baler was tested in manual and automatic mode – see video for machine function test.
