Detailed description

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic system featuring two energy-saving variable delivery pumps and a servo valve, ensuring precise control of pressure and movements.

The hydraulic unit is mounted outside the injection moulding machine’s frame, significantly reducing operational noise levels. Thanks to highly efficient filters and low oil volume, the oil change interval has been extended to 20,000 hours.

T2 technology with servo control includes:

- two variable delivery pumps
- programmable, adjustable, and stabilized clamping force
- programmable and manually adjustable nozzle contact force
- capability for parallel movements (nozzle, ejector, core pulls)

The machine also features:

- Additional continuous oil filtration and cooling system (bypass circuit)
- AES system – automatic optimization of the main drive operation, reducing energy consumption by smoothly adjusting the pump speed according to machine load (for motors 15–75 kW, 380–480V, 50–60 Hz)

Required option: 525/02 – adjustable machine cooling circuits

The platen plates are equipped with a central injection position and a centering hole Ø 125 mm.
