Parts Cleaning Machine / Spray Cleaning System Type TR450

The spray-rotation cleaning system type TR450 is an automated cleaning and degreasing unit featuring a lid that opens easily upwards. The system is designed for cleaning single parts and/or bulk materials in baskets sized LxWxH 520x320x200h mm. During the cleaning process, the basket must be closed with a lid. The cleaning result depends on a slight tumbling motion of the parts within the basket when cleaning bulk material; the fill level in the basket must be observed accordingly. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a flood tray beneath the goods basket, allowing for immersion rinsing of the parts, thereby achieving an even better cleaning result.
