Complete version of the vertical packaging system with volumetric dosing unit, single-cup feeder, and outfeed conveyor belt. Suitable for packing granular products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical form-fill-seal machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator panel, available in multiple languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, option for double transport, air extraction/unit (removes air from the bag before sealing—does not create a vacuum), support device for heavy finished bags, euro-hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE sealing unit may incur surcharge).—Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: Filling range: up to 3,000 ml; film width: max. 520 mm; bag size min-max: L(80-400)xW(80-250) mm; max. idle cycle speed: 50 cycles/minute; stainless steel 304; 220 V, 4 kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min; machine dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1150x1790x1650 mm; weight: 600 kg. The dosing cup has a filling capacity of up to 50 l. The single-cup feeder also has a capacity of up to 50 l.
