AMTEC VFFS-SYS Tea LW50

Packaging system for fully automatic dosing, filling, and packaging of tea into pyramid (tetrahedral) tea bags. Dosing or weighing is performed by an 8-head linear weigher, which is already included in the price. The pyramid tea bag packaging machine utilizes ultrasonic sealing technology to produce either flat standard tea bags or pyramid tea bags. Finally, the (flat or pyramid) tea bags are packed into the outer bag, which can be either a 3-side seal pouch or a pouch with a back seam.
