Vertical packaging machine including dosing unit(s) with 6 production lines for the manufacture of "stick packs" with a standard center back seal (alternatively: 3- or 4-side seal available at extra cost) for packaging normal liquids (water, vinegar, etc.). PLC and color touchscreen by OMRON, self-diagnosis function. Pneumatic components by AIRTAC, temperature PID by OMRON, electronic parts by SCHNEIDER and OMRON. Film drives, AB converter control system, stainless steel version (SS304), piston pump with 60-liter hopper. - Specifications: max. machine cycle rate (no load): 6x60 cycles/minute; accuracy: +/-10%; suitable for all BOPP/PE and laminated films; pouch sizes: L(50-350)xW(10-68)mm; power supply: 220V, 4.5kW; compressed air: 1.5m³/min, 6bar; machine dimensions: L1600xW1400xH1900mm; weight: 550kg.

The machine/system is also available in other configurations for various packaging sizes and output speeds.
