Opis

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with 10-head multihead weigher (1.3 l/head), Z-shaped bucket elevator, platform, discharge conveyor belt, and rotary accumulation table for finished, packaged products. Suitable for packing irregular bulk goods such as potato chips, cornflakes, biscuits, nuts, confectionery, shrimp, industrial components/products such as screws, nails, metal or plastic parts. The vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operation panel, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, print mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport possible, air separator/exhaust device (removes air from the bag before sealing - does not create a vacuum), bag support bracket for heavy finished bags, Euro slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit available at extra cost if required). - VFFS packaging machine specifications: Filling range: up to 3000ml; film width: max. 520mm; bag size min-max: L(80-400)xW(80-250)mm; max. machine cycles (no load): 50 cycles/min; stainless steel 304; 220V, 4kW; 6bar, 0.3m³/min; machine dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1150x1790x1650mm; weight: 600kg.
