Full version of the vertical packaging system with a 10-head multihead weigher (2.5 L/head), Z-type incline conveyor, platform, outfeed conveyor belt, and rotary collection table for finished, packaged products. Suitable for packaging irregularly shaped bulk goods such as potato chips, cornflakes, biscuits, nuts, candy, shrimp, and industrial components/products like screws, nails, and metal or plastic parts.

The vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen control monitor, available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servomotor for film transport, dual film transport possible, air extraction/evacuation device (removes residual air from the pouch before sealing – does not create a vacuum), support device for heavy filled bags, Euro slot punch device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may be subject to additional charge).

The weighing unit, with its 10 weighing heads (2.5 L/head), ensures high weighing accuracy. It is also equipped with a PLC, touchscreen control (available in multiple languages), up to 99 programs can be preset/stored, and the servomotor (hopper) can be adjusted for different product types.
