Compact vertical packaging system for small 3-side seal sachets. The system is designed for 3 different dosing units, enabling the packaging of granulates, powders, and liquids. Changing the product type requires time-consuming retooling, which demands technical expertise. The dosing units are selected based on customer-specific product requirements, which then determine the respective specifications. PLC and 7" touchscreen by OMRON, PID temperature control by OMRON, electronic components by SCHNEIDER or OMRON, pneumatic components by AIRTAC.
