S precizno reguliranim ogrevalnim sistemom se temperatura sterilizacije prilagaja med 95 °C in 138 °C, glede na zahteve proizvodnje. Prav tako omogoča nastavitve zadrževalnega časa: začetne stopnje 5, 10, 15 sekund ter napredne faze 30, 45 in 60 sekund – vse za natančno upravljanje toplotne obdelave. Za optimalen prenos toplote sistem uravnava pretok vroče vode med 10.500 in 32.000 l/h, kar omogoča enakomerno sterilizacijo. Izhodna temperatura se tako ohranja v razponu 85 °C do 95 °C, zagotavlja pa kontrolirano ohlajanje pred nadaljnjo obdelavo. Pomembna prednost je tudi zasnova, ki omogoča brezhibno integracijo s homogenizatorji, CIP (čiščenje na mestu) enotami in aseptičnimi pakirnimi linijami. S tem proizvajalci optimizirajo proizvodni proces in ohranjajo visoke higienske ter kakovostne standarde. Tetra Pak Alex 30 homogenizator Tetra Pak Alex 30 homogenizator deluje pri tlakih do 250 bar ter učinkovito zmanjšuje velikost delcev in izboljšuje stabilnost izdelkov. Z zmogljivostjo med 6.000 in 14.000 l/h je idealen za izboljšanje konsistence in kakovosti UHT-obdelanih tekočih izdelkov. Sistem je opremljen s stožčastimi ventili in bati iz nerjavečega jekla ali tehnične keramike, kar zagotavlja vzdržljivost in odpornost na obrabo. Vključuje tudi utorne in V-tesnila za učinkovito tesnjenje ter manjše potrebe po vzdrževanju. Homogenizacija poteka v dveh stopnjah za maksimalno učinkovitost. Prva stopnja obdeluje 42 % tlaka, druga pa preostalih 58 %, vse pa je elektronsko nadzorovano preko VDC signalov za optimalno regulacijo. Rezultat je stalen, visoko kakovosten izhod izdelka.
