Fully automatic thermoforming machine: cups/containers are formed, filled, and sealed with film. Suitable for vacuum, gas, and modified atmosphere packaging of food products such as sandwiches, meat, seafood, fruits, and vegetables, as well as non-food products, medical items, and household goods. Key components are made of stainless steel; easily interchangeable modular trays; water cooling system for the thermoforming tool and sealing module. Vacuum pump by BUSCH, pneumatic components by SMC, electronic components mainly from Schneider, photo sensors from SICK, PLC and touchscreen by Delta.
