Fully automatic thermoforming machine: cups/containers are formed, filled, and sealed with film. Suitable for vacuum, gas, and modified atmosphere packaging of food products such as sandwiches, meat, seafood, fruits, and vegetables, as well as non-food products, medical items, and household goods. Key components are made of stainless steel; easily interchangeable modular trays; water cooling system for the thermoforming tool and sealing module. Vacuum pump by BUSCH, pneumatic components by SMC, electronic components mainly from Schneider, photo sensors from SICK, PLC and touchscreen by Delta.

Specifications: Top packaging materials: heat-sealable films, width: max. 400 mm; bottom packaging materials: thermoformable sealing film (rigid and flexible films may be used), thickness: 300 – 900 µm, width: max. 400 mm + 2 mm, forming depth: max. 80 mm (forming depth depends on the thickness of the bottom film); loading area: standard 120–150 cm (additional length available as option); max. idle machine cycle: 8 cycles/minute; power supply: 3P, 380V, 50/60 Hz; compressed air: 1.2 m³/min, 8 bar.
