The REX Technologie RVF 327 is a professional, extremely compact, and efficient rotary vacuum filler. This 2011 machine is the heart of portioning lines in small, medium, and large meat, fish, convenience food, as well as cheese and bakery processing facilities.

The machine is designed for continuous, highly precise portioning, stuffing, and twisting of a wide range of fillings and mixtures. Thanks to its integrated and reliable German Busch vacuum pump with a capacity of 16 m³/h, the system effectively deaerates the mix before being stuffed into the casing. This results in a compact structure of the final product, elimination of air pockets within the cross-section (dramatically increasing product shelf life), and perfectly uniform, repeatable meat coloration.
